Your account and your access. Your alert settings and the record of alerts we sent you. Every device you signed in on. Your email comes off our list, so no more mail from us of any kind.
The payment record itself. UK law requires a business to keep its financial records for six years, so the fact that a payment happened, its amount and date, and the email on the receipt, stay with our accountant and with Stripe. We cannot delete that and neither can anyone else. Nothing else about you remains.
There is no recycle bin. If you paid for lifetime access and delete the account, that access is gone and coming back would mean paying again. If you only want the emails to stop, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails instead: that keeps your access and stops the mail.
Write to support from the address you paid with and say you want the account deleted. A real person reads it and does the same thing by hand, normally within one working day. You can write in your own language.
