Every morning we download the Home Office sponsor list and check every company against it. If a company loses its licence, its jobs leave this site the same day.
Some licences cannot give you a Skilled Worker visa at all. Other sites count those companies anyway. We remove them.
A B rating means the Home Office is watching that company and its licence is at risk. You should know this before you apply there.
£41,700 for most Skilled Worker jobs. £25,000 for Health and Care jobs. We also convert hourly pay the right way. Most sites get this wrong.
Many ads say they cannot sponsor you. That line is often hidden at the bottom of the ad. We read the whole ad and remove those jobs.
An agency ad hides the real company. So we cannot check the real sponsor. We remove agency ads, unless the ad clearly offers sponsorship.
The same job is often posted on many sites. Sometimes the “no sponsorship” line is only in one copy. So we read all the ads from each company. If a company says no and never says yes, we remove all its jobs.
A company needs two things: a sponsor licence, and a real open job. The free gov.uk list only shows the licence. We check both every day, and we remove ads that say no sponsorship. So you only apply to companies that can really sponsor you.
The full register is free on gov.uk, with over 127,000 companies. You can also search it free on our Sponsors page, where we add the part gov.uk cannot show: which of those companies have real sponsor jobs open today.
For most Skilled Worker jobs it is £41,700 a year. For Health and Care Worker jobs it is £25,000. Some job types have their own rates. Every job on this site already passed the pay check for its own role, so you do not need to calculate anything.
An electronic certificate a licensed company gives you so you can apply for your work visa. Only companies on the Home Office sponsor list can issue one. Selling a CoS is illegal. Never pay an agent for one.
