Everything the £20 opens is yours the moment the payment clears: every company name, every apply link, the whole sponsor register, and the alerts. There is nothing to deliver later and nothing to wait for. You have the entire product within a minute.
That is why the payment is final. At checkout you tick a box asking us to give you access straight away, and that tick ends the 14 day right to cancel a distance purchase of digital content under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, because the content has already been handed over in full. We do not give the money back afterwards, and we will not make exceptions, because it would not be fair on the people who paid and kept their word.
So decide before you pay, not after. Searching is free and always will be. Look at the jobs, check the companies, read the guides. If the site is not for you, do not buy it. If you are unsure, write to us first and ask.
Charged twice for the same thing? Charged when you did not buy? Paid again for access you already had? Any charge that should not have happened comes back in full, with no time limit. Write to support@sponsorjobuk.com with the date and we fix it. That is our mistake, not your change of mind, and the two are not the same thing.
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 stand whatever this page says, and we would not want it otherwise. If what you paid for is faulty, or genuinely not as described here, tell us. We will put it right, and if we cannot, the law decides what you are owed, not us.
Being disappointed that no company on the list wanted to hire you is not the same as the site being broken. We promise the checks, never a job, an interview, a Certificate of Sponsorship or a visa, and we say so on every page.
The browser checker is sold separately, as an access key for 99p, paid once. It is a different purchase from the £20 and neither one includes the other. The key works the moment the payment clears and is shown on screen and sent to the email you paid with, so the same rules apply: no refund for a change of mind, a charge made in error is always returned, and a key that does not work is fixed or refunded. One key is for one person. A licence is permission to sponsor, not a promise to sponsor you.
No subscription, no renewal, no card kept on file. What you paid for stays open. If you only want the emails to stop, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of them and your access is untouched. If you want everything removed, the delete my account page does that, and deleting does not refund.
Email support@sponsorjobuk.com from the address you paid with. A real person reads it and replies, normally within one working day. You can write in your own language. Please do not go to your bank before you have written to us: it costs us both money and we would rather just talk to you.
