Read this before you pay. It says plainly what we do, what we do not do, and what your money buys. Last updated 31 August 2026.
We are an information service. We collect UK job ads, check each one against the Home Office register of licensed sponsors and our other checks, and show you which jobs passed and where each ad lives. Searching company licences is free. A paid plan opens the company names, the links to the original ads, and email alerts.
While your plan is active you see the employer name and the link on every job that passed our checks, and you get alert emails. Access is for you, one person, on your own devices. Copying, scraping, or republishing the list, or sharing your sign-in link, is not allowed, and we can end access that does it.
We promise the checks: every job shown has passed them at the time we last ran them. We do not and cannot promise you a job, an interview, a Certificate of Sponsorship, or a visa. A licence that is valid this morning can be revoked this afternoon by the Home Office; an open job can close; an employer can change its mind. Always check the employer yourself before you rely on anything. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for hiring or visa outcomes, or for what third-party sites do. Nothing in these terms removes rights that UK law says cannot be removed.
Payments are taken by Stripe. Plans renew automatically at the end of their period until you cancel. You can cancel any time by writing to support@sponsorjobuk.com; access then runs to the end of the time you already paid for. Your rights under UK consumer law, including around refunds, are not affected by anything here.
Do not use the site to spam employers, misrepresent yourself, probe or overload our systems, or break the law. We can suspend access that harms the service or other users.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we update this page and its date. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
