SponsorJobUK is a trading name of Jagat IT UK Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17474995. Registered office: 164 High Street, London Colney, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL2 1QF. These terms are between you and that company.
We are an information service. We collect UK job ads, check each one against the Home Office register of licensed sponsors and our other checks, and show you which jobs passed and where each ad lives. Searching company licences is free. A paid plan opens the company names, the links to the original ads, and email alerts.
Once you have paid you see the employer name and the link on every job that passed our checks, and you get alert emails. Access is for you, one person, on your own devices. Copying, scraping, or republishing the list, or sharing your sign in link, is not allowed, and we can end access that does it.
The browser checker is sold separately, as an access key for 99p, paid once. It is a different purchase from the £20 and neither one includes the other. The key works the moment the payment clears and is shown on screen and sent to the email you paid with, so the same rules apply: no refund for a change of mind, a charge made in error is always returned, and a key that does not work is fixed or refunded. One key is for one person. A licence is permission to sponsor, not a promise to sponsor you.
We promise the checks: every job shown has passed them at the time we last ran them. We do not and cannot promise you a job, an interview, a Certificate of Sponsorship, or a visa. A licence that is valid this morning can be revoked this afternoon by the Home Office; an open job can close; an employer can change its mind. Always check the employer yourself before you rely on anything. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for hiring or visa outcomes, or for what third party sites do. Nothing in these terms removes rights that UK law says cannot be removed.
Payment is taken by Stripe. It is one payment of £20 and there is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel: what you bought stays open. We may change the price for new buyers at any time, and that never changes what you already paid.
Everything the plan opens, every company name and every apply link, is yours the second the payment clears. There is nothing to deliver and nothing to wait for. By ticking the box at checkout you ask us to begin straight away and you accept that once we have, the 14 day right to cancel a distance purchase of digital content under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 no longer applies, because the thing you bought has already been handed over in full.
So the payment is final and we do not refund a change of mind. A charge made in error always comes back, and nothing here removes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if what you bought is faulty or not as described. The whole of it is on the refund policy page, and it is short.
We use your email address for three things. To run your account, which means sign in links, receipts and anything we have to tell you. To send the job alerts you asked for. And, now and then, to send news about the service itself and the free guides we write, such as the interview preparation packs.
Every email has an unsubscribe link, it is one click, and it stops the lot except the ones we are obliged to send about your own account and payments. You can also write to us and ask. We do not sell your address, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to anybody advertising to you. If you would rather hear nothing beyond your account emails, say so at any time and that is the end of it.
You can delete your account yourself at any time from the delete my account page. We email the address to confirm it is really you, and once you tap the link the deletion is immediate and cannot be undone: access ends, alerts stop, saved devices are removed. The payment record itself stays with our accountant and with Stripe because UK law requires financial records to be kept for six years. Deleting the account does not refund it.
Do not use the site to spam employers, misrepresent yourself, probe or overload our systems, or break the law. We can suspend access that harms the service or other users.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we update this page and its date. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
