We searched our own job list tonight, 14 October 2026. There are 346 live jobs on it, and every one is at a company that is on the Home Office register of licensed sponsors. The edition behind tonight's list was published on 13 October 2026 and names 127,426 licensed sponsors.
We have looked at care, at engineering and at nursing. Tonight we typed manager into the search. 37 jobs came back. 7 of them were found today and 18 were found in the last seven days.
Read down the list and most of the jobs fall into three groups. There are a few catering managers as well.
By our pay filter, 12 of the 37 jobs come up at £25,000 a year or more, and 10 of those at £40,000 or more. The rest do not give a pay figure we can read. Every advert that does give one is at £30,000 a year or more.
Some of tonight's adverts, as they are written. A trusts fundraising manager in Northampton, £47,000 a year. A clinical deputy manager in Nottingham, £55,000. A deputy general manager on the clinical side in Tewkesbury, £54,537. A nursery manager in Peterborough, £36,438. An assistant manager in Edinburgh, £30,000 to £35,000 a year. A nursing community manager in Bath, £23.50 an hour.
GOV.UK says that before you can tell if a job fits the Skilled Worker visa, you need its 4 digit occupation code. If you already have an offer, it says to ask the employer for it.
That matters more for manager jobs than for most. The word manager covers a care home, a charity office and a software team. The code the employer uses follows the work you will do, not the title on the advert. So the same title can sit on different codes, with different going rates.
For most of these jobs, GOV.UK says the usual minimum is the higher of £41,700 a year and the going rate for that code. For some health and care jobs the rule is different. GOV.UK says the salary must be at least £25,000, or more if the going rate for the job is higher, and that the going rate there is based on national pay scales.
So a care manager advert at £40,000 and a tech manager advert at £40,000 are not the same thing for a visa. Check the code first, then check the pay against it.
What is the annual salary for this role. Which occupation code does the company use for it. Does the company sponsor a Skilled Worker visa for this role. A serious employer will answer all three, usually in the first reply.
Searching the list is free, with no account and no password. Type manager, registered manager or product manager into the search and the jobs are there tonight. When one fits, apply direct to the employer, on the employer's own website.
